1:1 Private Sessions

An individualized session where you work one-on-one with the instructor on a range of Pilates apparatus. These sessions are tailored to meet the needs of the individual client and their personal fitness goals.

Semi Private Sessions

Semi Private Sessions

A duet session involves two clients with one instructor utilizing a range of Pilates apparatus. It is a great way to get the energy and motivation of working out with another person while still getting a workout tailored to your needs. Duets sessions are 55mins in length.

Mat Classes

Trio classes allow use of reformers and other equipment in a cost-effective group setting. We recommend that participants wear TOESOX with non-slip bottoms but barefoot is acceptable.
