1:1 Private Sessions

An individualized session where you work one-on-one with the instructor on a range of Pilates apparatus. These sessions are tailored to meet the needs of the individual client and their personal fitness goals. Private one to one sessions will give the client the best results and clients are encouraged to take private sessions whenever possible. Private sessions are 55mins in length.

Semi Private Sessions

A duet session involves two clients with one instructor utilizing a range of Pilates apparatus. It is a great way to get the energy and motivation of working out with another person while still getting a workout tailored to your needs. Duets sessions are 55mins in length.

Stretch, Release & Pre-Pilates Class

This class is an introduction into movement, to encourage the individual to start planning their regular and more progressive movement program. Muscles become unhealthy and weak when underused. They thrive on movement! So for muscle tightness, muscle weakness, joint stiffness and bad posture, this is your very first step. We will work at an easy activity level, that’s safe, confidence building and will encourage you to be more body aware.

Note: Small Class Sizes
Our beginner Pilates mat classes take a maximum of 3 people.  Our small group size allows for personalized attention from the instructor.  There will be continuous emphasis on body positions and core stabilization throughout the course.  This will ensure proper execution of the exercises and therefore maximum results from the movements.

A Price change will take effect on June 1st, 2017.
