Client Responsibilities:

As a teacher it is my job  to enable my clients to take responsibility to learn the Pilates system and in fact discipline, so you will be directly eventually to change your own spring weights, the barre and move the box. It is also considerate to clean down your apparatus you have used before the next client.

Cores & Effect establishes a 'by appointment only' rule to ensure that both the client benefits from an uninterrupted session and those making an inquiry are given the same quality time and focus.
Workshops could occasionally be cancelled by the studio if there’s insufficient interest, or if a teacher has an emergency. If the workshop is cancelled you will be notified by email as soon as possible, and you will receive a full refund or full credit toward your Cores & Effect Studio account if you choose.
