“It all begins with the feet,” according to the BBC Earth documentary, ‘Human’. And Pilates is proof of this. As am I. I have 7 fractured bones in my right foot and fallen metatarsals in my left. And after a year of Pilates with Amy my feet are strong enough to participate in Amy’s 3 hour workshop dedicated to Pilates exercises for the feet. This is an informative workshop that provides not only the how to’s of specific foot exercise, but the why’s, including the biomechanics.
