The series will consist of two, 2 hour sessions in which four health experts will talk about addressing gut health in their respective practices and offer strategies for you to navigate digestive issues and optimize your gut health.

Part One – Feb 27th
- Andrea Hardy, Registered Dietician & Gut Health Specialist – Evidence-based strategies to optimize gut health. Includes basic intro to gut health (why it’s so important), common GI issues (IBS, IBD, celiac), and dietary strategies to optimize gut health.
- Justine Dowd, PhD, Heath Psychology & Diagnosed Celiac – Role of self-compassion (mindfulness) & exercise in optimizing gut health.
Part Two – Mar 6th
- Leisha Laird, Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine – Role of stress, sleep and inflammation in healing your gut and coping with chronic disease. Includes role of acupuncture in helping to optimize gut health, enabling your body to better cope with stress and improve sleep.
- Dr Hillary Dinning, Naturopath – If you’ve tried changing your diet and managing sleep/stress, what else could be going on and how naturopathy & evidence-based supplements may be able to help you?
